Can a school admin give parents cash-payment rights?
No. That guardrail can't be switched off: parents and students can never be given cash-payment rights.
What happens to a deleted record?
It goes to a 30-day recycle bin. Undo it immediately, or restore it any time within those 30 days.
Can we see who changed a student's record, and when?
Yes. The audit log records who changed what and when, from the screen or the system, and records every SchoolTrendz AI lookup too. You can search and export it.
